With the "Next Superstar" issue still creating a lot of controversies among fans and media, a leading Tamil daily had recently reported that Simbu has decided not to use the prefix "Young Superstar" before his name henceforth. In the Vaalu trailer which was released yesterday, Simbu was credited as only STR and hence, it looks like Simbu has shed the "Young Superstar" title.
