Tamil actor Simbu had moved the Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail plea following registration of two criminal cases by police over a controversial "beep song" allegedly containing vulgar lyrics denigrating women. The anticipatory bail plea came for hearing before Justice Rajendran in the High Court today and the young star had been granted anticipatory bail.
